  1. Incorrect Report: If the information provided in the report is incorrect or does not match the vehicle identification number (VIN) you submitted, you may be eligible for a refund.
  2. Duplicate Charges: If you were mistakenly billed more than once for the same report, you are entitled to a refund of the duplicate charges.
  3. Report Unavailability: If you have made a payment but we are unable to generate or provide the report due to unforeseen circumstances or system errors, you will be eligible for a full refund.


  1. Change of Mind: Once a report is delivered, if you decide that you no longer need the report or you have changed your mind, we cannot offer a refund.
  2. Information Discrepancies: We source our information from various databases and cannot guarantee the completeness of every report. Discrepancies based on updates or missing information from these sources will not be eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

If approved, the refund will be credited back to the original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
